1. Pizza
St. Paul developed the unique Stretchy®concept especially for the highly demanding pizza industry. The pizza topping is extremely ‘stretchable’, has a pleasant, mild flavour, a good ‘bite’ (i.e. it isn’t rubbery), doesn’t stick in the oven, doesn’t create a skin or layers and has controlled fat separation. In addition, the topping contains no E numbers or GMOs, nor animal rennet. In other words, it is vegetable. St. Paul produces other products as a mix in several types of grated cheese, like mozzarella mix, Gouda mix, Emmental mix, etc. Our pizza toppings are available as cheese, a high-quality processed cheese or a vegetable cheese.

2. Pasta and lasagne
Whether used as a filling for ravioli or tortellini, or as a support for ricotta or to cater to a specific wish for your lasagne (au gratin, not au gratin, melted, not melted…), St. Paul is the number one supplier of pasta and lasagne products in Europe. For lasagne, we recommend the semi- or high-melt cheese. For pasta filling, we recommend the semi-melt.

3. Meat
Our cheeses are frequently used in meat products, like cordon bleu and sausages. The regular cheese and vegetable cheese retains their shape during preparation.

4. Snacks
Every snack and every shape can essentially assume any characteristic and be achieved in every type.

5. Bread products
