Vegan or Non-Dairy ?

The word ‘vegan’ is very popular nowadays. A vegan diet may be seen as a sensible response by people who want to minimize their involvement with the meat industry or who care about a sustainable environment. That is why we are developing vegan cheese.

The first vegan product we have launched is our Gratugella vegan hard Italian style. This non-dairy cheese alternative can be used as a replacement for Italian hard cheese types like parmesan.

It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians, as well as for those who are intolerant for milk and/or lactose. This product contains only vegetable ingredients, and is dairy-, lactose-, soya- and gluten-free. Just as our other products, the Gratugella vegan hard Italian style has low microbiological values and is perfect for fine grating or powdering. This makes it a state-of-the-art topping for Italian dishes.
