Thermised cheese. This is the solution when high microbiological values pose a problem. This cheese gets a heat treatment between 57 and 68 degrees C, which reduces the number of micro-organisms significantly. It is a less severe treatment than pasturisation.

By using thermised cheese in ready meals, the expiration date can be prolonged significantly. This product is made of 100% natural cheese.

St. Paul's natural cheese is renowned for its superior quality and sophisticated production process. Thermised cheese is available in all product varieties: non-melt,semi-melt hard, high-melt hard, high-melt soft.

All of our products can be delivered in 11 kg blocks, 2.3 kg loafs or casings in various diameters. If desired, our products can also be supplied grated, sliced or cubed. Other forms, such as sticks/fingers or ropes, are available on demand.
