Dairy Preparations and Analogs

Dairy preparations and analogs (cheese alternatives) are products used as culinary replacements for cheese. They are made primarily of vegetable oil. While the nutritional value of dairy preparations may be low, the flavor is very good, especially when used as part of a recipe.

This product can be produced with low-fat cheese as a base, with any desired amount of saturated or unsaturated fats.

If needed, we can add non-milk proteins and carbohydrates that should be part of the standard eating pattern of today’s consumer.

Food preparations are available in all product varieties: non-melt, semi-melt hard, high-melt hard, semi-melt soft, high-melt soft.

All of our products can be delivered in 11 kg blocks, 2.3 kg loafs or casings in various diameters.

If desired, our products can also be supplied grated, sliced or cubed. Other forms, such as sticks/fingers or ropes, are available on demand.
